1. Right of Withdrawal


In accordance with Article L221-18 of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts concluded with professional clients. Therefore, once the order is confirmed and shipped, the professional client does not have the right of withdrawal for the products purchased.

2. Return of Products


Although the right of withdrawal does not apply to professional clients, ARKANE accepts product returns under certain exceptional circumstances, particularly for defective or non-compliant products. In this case:

  • Product Condition: The product must be returned in its original condition, unused, unaltered, and in its original packaging, accompanied by the purchase invoice.
  • Return Costs: The return shipping costs are the responsibility of the professional client, unless the product is defective or non-compliant with the order. In such cases, ARKANE will cover the return shipping costs.
    We recommend using a tracked delivery method for returns to ensure the package reaches us in the best condition.

3. Return Processing

After receiving the returned products, we will inspect them. If the returned product meets the specified conditions (unused, in good condition, in its original packaging), a refund or exchange will be processed according to the client's preference. The refund or exchange will be completed within 14 days from the receipt of the returned product.

4. Products Exempt from the Right of Return


Returns are not accepted for the following products:

  • Custom-made products or products made upon the client's specific request, in accordance with legal provisions.
