- SHENKER for large packages (delivery in 24 to 48 hours in France).
- Ciblex for small packages (delivery in 24 hours in France).
Packages are shipped via reliable transport services, and depending on the chosen delivery method, your package will either be delivered without a signature or with a signature. If you prefer delivery with a signature, please contact us before finalizing your order, as this method may incur additional charges.
Shipping costs
When finalizing your order, shipping costs will be calculated according to the weight and destination of your package.
We recommend that you group all your items in one order to reduce shipping costs. If you place several separate orders, shipping charges will apply to each order individually and cannot be grouped together.
Packaging and protection
We use appropriate packaging materials to ensure that your items arrive in perfect condition. The dimensions of the boxes are chosen to ensure that your products are well protected during transport.
Package tracking
Regardless of the chosen delivery method, we will send you a tracking link to monitor the progress of your package in real-time. You will be able to track your order's status at all times until its delivery.
